Consultation Services
Dedicated to facilitating meaningful behavioral change, I provide therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and organizations. My practice spans the developmental spectrum—helping young people manage family dynamics and assisting adults through the pressures of burnout and stress. With an extensive background in Hong Kong’s international school sector, I offer specialized insight into the challenges facing students and parents in high-pressure environments.

Couples Therapy
The Gottman Method is an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of your relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory.
Having a deeper understanding of one another and your past, disarming conflicting verbal communication, increasing intimacy and respect for one another, finding ways to build upon the strengths of the relationship are just a few ways Couples Therapy can dramatically change your life for both you and your partner.
Therapy for Mothers (Pre-Natal, Postpartum, Adopting and Working Moms)
The path into motherhood and the journey of being a new mother can bring on a variety of transitions, changes and emotions. You will learn to be aware and understand these overwhelming feelings you might be experiencing, and learn how to thrive in this new journey.
As a mother myself who has been through different paths of motherhood, I also provide therapy for working mothers who seek balance and self-care in a busy world, as well as mothers contemplating or in the process of adoption.

Parent-Child Relationship
Family therapy at Thrive isn’t about pointing fingers or deciding who is "right"; it’s about understanding the invisible threads that pull at your family dynamics. Whether you are navigating the "rebellion" of the teenage years, struggling with cultural differences in parenting styles, or simply feeling like you’re losing touch with your child, I provide a safe, neutral ground to reopen the lines of communication.
My goal is to help you move away from a cycle of conflict and toward a home where every member—parent and child alike—feels heard, respected, and supported.
